Please don't bash me, I don't have a ton of money right now but I can't justify $8 a day in coffe every day. I want a good machine that i can make decent iced lattes at home. Are there any with the grinders on top that are good or should you get a grinder separate? I was looking at the Casabrews ultra or breville bambino. I saw some for a little more that had grinders attached but not sure how good they work.

I use to smoke before kids and it was nice, but stopped when I got pregnant with my 1st 6 years ago. Is there anything I can take like CBD or similar to relax and take the edge off? My youngest is a year now but I'm still breastfeeding and dont want to take anything that will hurt her. I just feel so on edge all the time with 2 toddler crazy boys and a baby and working full time, starting an online business and trying to homeschool. Any recommendations would be great!
