I am reaching out with a humble request for support for Jayshree Sonavane, who urgently needs financial help for a heart angioplasty. I'm posting this with a heavy heart. My grandmother, Jayshree Sonavane, is currently hospitalized and needs angioplasty for a serious heart condition (Triple Vessel Disease). She's been admitted at G Plus Heart Hospital in Kalyan, Maharashtra.

We've already used up our family's savings trying to get her the care she needs, and the cardiologists have advised that the procedure can't wait much longer. We're trying to raise ₹4,00,000 to continue her treatment without further delay.

I started a fundraiser through ImpactGuru to try and get there.

Please note that she does not have an Aadhar card. We tried many things with no luck. Because of this we are unable to get government help. Only only son is no more and her 3 daughters had no clue.

If anyone's able to contribute, even a small amount genuinely helps. And if you can't donate, sharing this with someone who might be able to help means just as much every share gets us a little closer.

I'm also open to any advice from people who've navigated similar situations particularly around government health scheme support (Ayushman Bharat/MJPJAY) or NGOs that assist with cardiac treatment costs in Maharashtra. Happy to answer questions in the comments.
