Imagine how tense the G.O.C. would be if it neutralized SCP-4494 (The Spectre), for example. It would be like, "WHAT THE HELL DID I DO?"
And it would probably become somewhat idle when acting, or only act at specific moments, or even realize that the Foundation's motto makes more sense and join it, that is, if the two interest groups managed to stabilize the world.
