tired of feeling lost on my protocol. starting a small group, anyone want in?

been microdosing for 3 weeks now and to me the hardest part hasn't been sourcing or injecting.

i've had mood dips, libido stuff, but no idea if it's the drug, sleep, or just a bad week.

and most doctors aren't doing this kind of follow up unless you're paying a fortune.

a few of us put together a small group to figure it out together.

Like ~10 people on different protocols (reta, tirz, BPC, TB500).

We do daily logging, weekly symptom check ins with a clinician.

All shared so we split the cost.

dm or comment if you wanna join. only a few spots available

Anyone sourcing Semax + Selank from within Europe?

Iwant to start a Semax + Selank nasal stack.

Problem is most reputable suppliers seem to be US-based and I'd rather avoid the customs lottery shipping peptides across the Atlantic.

Anyone here buying from an EU-based vendor? Specifically looking for pre-made nasal sprays with COAs.

Bonus if you've tried both regular Semax and N-Acetyl Semax Amidate and can share which one's worth the premium.

Appreciate any recs

how did you find a peptide friendly doctor in europe?

biggest gap i see is everyone talks vendors but nobody talks doctors.

finding one who'll actually discuss peptides in europe is the hardest part of the whole thing.

did you find them (referral, longevity clinic, GP who happens to get it, something else)?

Don’t start peptides alone - forming a small accountability group in EU

we created this community first because I wanted support from other people.

Turns out I wasn't alone asking for support.

Over the past few weeks, more and more of you have been DMing me about starting GLP-1, peptides, retatrutide.

Same questions every time:

am I doing this right?

is this normal?

how do I know it's working?

So I'm forming a small accountability group. We track together. Share data. Keep each other honest.

No one should start a protocol alone.

who's in?

why does everyone start GLP1s/peptides wrong?

sent this to a friend starting GLP1 last week. realized half the people on this sub don't have a real protocol for handling the side effects either.

sharing it here.

  1. tracking: log weight + dose weekly. any app works (you can drop it here)
  2. Drink lots of water, dehydration slows weight loss and causes constipation
  3. Minimize greasy food, spicy food, alcohol, overeating. stop before “full” especially of the above or you will wish you were dead.

side effects, what to grab:

  • heartburn: Prilosec
  • nausea: ginger or Zofran
  • constipation: water + Miralax
  • low blood sugar: protein shake
  • fatigue: Lipo C, or take your shot at bedtime so peak hits during sleep

anyone got more side effect tricks?

Peptide suppliers EU - 6 steps to avoid being scammed

Just some advice for anyone looking into peptide suppliers since I see it asked a lot:

1. The REAL good sources aren’t easy to find.

Most of them move by word of mouth.

A lot of what you see on Reddit, TikTok, or social media people openly pushing “their vendor” or saying they have the hookup are usually resellers flipping bulk product at a markup to people who don’t know the market.

2. Be careful what you read online.

stop believing every:
“DM me”
“I found the plug”
“Best vendor ever”
“Check this website”
type comment.

The loudest ones saying “I don’t gatekeep” usually aren’t pointing you to the best sources.

The reliable ones tend to stay low-key.

Also, price doesn’t tell the full story, cheap doesn’t always mean bad, expensive doesn’t always mean good.

Testing matters as well as there’s been a lot of real vendors with bad results or no peptide at all.

3. If you’re new to the grey market peptides, slow down.

That’s how people get burned/scammed jumping in to the first person that says they have a connect.

4. The safer route is finding a solid community like this sub.

There are legit ones and there are scam ones.

Look for real people, real feedback, and actual interaction.

Sit back, watch, ask questions, then move when you’re comfortable. Even then, there’s a lot of noise and scammers still exist in those forums, so always do your own due diligence.

5. Ordering direct sounds easy… until it lands and you realize you don’t know what to do next.

That's usually where they go to subreddits asking for advice.

That’s where having a solid group actually matters. People underestimate how much guidance helps.

Often times those groups post informational PDFs you can sit and read through. Grey shipping isn’t instant, delays and customs happen and that’s part of the grey market. No patience? Pay the reseller premium and call it convenience. Half these ‘grey websites’ were regular grey buyers last week and CEOs this week because they bought a domain.

Personally, I stick to groups I trust. I still order on my own sometimes, but I don’t mind waiting with a group, it’s usually smoother.

Having a few solid communities (and their backups) helps too. I’m in 20+ just observing how they move and only jump in when it makes sense. If you’re new to grey, don’t rush it.

6. most overseas gray vendors lean toward crypto, and there’s a reason for that.

A handful still offer options like PayPal or Alibaba, which let you use a card, but those are slowly disappearing.

Too many people have abused those systems by filing chargebacks after receiving their orders. Because of that, vendors are protecting themselves by moving to crypto-only payments.

End result?

The more people try to game the system, the fewer protections and flexible payment options exist for everyone else.

What’s left are mostly irreversible methods, so the responsibility shifts even more onto the buyer to do proper research before sending funds. Can't stress this enough, scammers will only do crypto as well which makes it hard to differentiate between legitimate vendors and scammers.

The harsh truth is:
The people who get scammed the fastest are usually the people looking for shortcuts the hardest. No research, just wants peptides on their hand because internet.

is your peptide safe?

quick guide for anyone newer to peptides. trying to demystify the safety side because it's where most people get tripped up.

a COA (certificate of analysis) is the standard document peptide vendors publish to "prove" their product is legit. but most people don't know what to look for, and most vendors don't test the right things.

what a typical vendor COA shows:

  • purity (usually HPLC, the standard test). should be 98%+ minimum.
  • dosage / weight per vial. confirms you're getting what you paid for.

what a typical vendor COA does NOT show:

  • endotoxins (lipopolysaccharides, bacteria byproducts). these cause inflammation and the "fever after injection" reactions.
  • residual solvents (TFA, acetonitrile). can build up in your body.
  • bacterial contamination beyond LPS.

why this matters:

99% purity sounds great until you realize the other 1% could be endotoxins that make you sick chronically. one injection is probably fine. daily for a month, problems start.

how to actually verify:

  1. ask the vendor when the COA was generated. older than 6 months = ask for fresh.
  2. cross-check the lot number on the COA against the lot you received.
  3. if you can, send a sample for independent testing. janoshik and finnrick are the two main labs. ~€300/sample for a full panel including endotoxins.
  4. organize a group buy + test split. 5 people splitting €300 = €60/person. r/Europeptide is a good place to find people doing this.

red flags:

  • COAs that don't show a lot number
  • COAs from "their own lab" with no third-party verification
  • "lab tested" claims without an actual document attached
  • pristine 99.9% purity numbers (unrealistic, suggests the COA might be doctored)

green flags:

  • recent COA (within 60 days)
  • third-party lab name on the document (janoshik, finnrick, ACS labs)
  • lot number that matches the vial
  • vendor responds substantively to specific COA questions

curious - anyone here organizing group testing in EU right now? where are you splitting costs?

buying peptides: marketplace vs whatsapp/telegram

spent the last week DMing people in this space asking how they actually buy. 2 paths keep coming up.

what i'm seeing on each:

marketplace: like biolabshop, deuschem...

  • Stripe checkout, sometimes published lab tests.
  • pros: looks legit, dispute path, normal payment, brand persists
  • cons: 5-10x markup over factory, vendor can disappear in a payment-processor crackdown, PII trail in customs
  • testing: vendor sometimes publishes COAs, but they're often outdated and only cover purity + dosage. endotoxins almost never tested.
  • Higher prices but feels safer

telegram / whatsapp

  • pros: cheaper, more direct, no card trail, can be faster
  • cons: scam risk, no recourse, single point of failure, crypto-only
  • testing: on you. Either trust the contact's COAs, or organize group-buy testing yourself.

which path do you actually use, and why?

If buying with a seller privately, how do you handle COA verification?

If you bought peptides from china, test them. Here's how to (in Europe):

Janoshik Analytical (in Prague, CZ) is the only realistic option actually.

Finnrick is the free US peptide testing service alternative. Most gray-market buyers use. Not a lab tho. it's a broker that routes your vial to ~5 contracted labs. ~6 weeks turnaround.

ok you know the landscape.

Now here's the step by step guide:

  1. Buy your kit. (reputable EU-friendly resellers ship to FR/DE/NL without customs friction)
  2. Pull 1 vial of 10. Keep it sealed. No need for all.
  3. optional - Order Janoshik's blind test (~$380). "Blind" = you don't tell them which peptide; they identify, quantify, grade purity.
  4. Ship intra-EU. Prague to Paris: no customs, no duties. Tracked courier ~€10–15.
  5. Wait ~8 days. Faster than Finnrick's 6 weeks.
  6. Verify on public.janoshik.com using your task ID

Repeat orders from a vendor that's passed: drop to standard purity test (€80–150). Filter through 0.22µm at injection (~€5/10pk) to close the sterility gap.

Janoshik isn't perfect = mixed Trustpilot, methodology debates.

But for consumer-grade gray-market verification in Europe, there's no second option at this price.

Anyone with experience: what's the actual landscape, who's worth trying, and where are the gaps?

Looking at the literature on GHK-Cu and the in-vitro data is impressive (collagen synthesis, fibroblast activation, etc.), but I'm skeptical of how much of that crosses the stratum corneum at typical formulation.

For people who've actually tracked results: does topical GHK-Cu work at all?

Looking for peptide serums available in EU

Looking at the literature on GHK-Cu and the in-vitro data is impressive (collagen synthesis, fibroblast activation, etc.), but I'm skeptical of how much of that crosses the stratum corneum at typical formulation.

Anyone actually tested high-concentration copper peptide serums (2–3%) vs the standard 1%? Worth the price jump?

Forming a small group for peptides in europe. The beginning

peptides in europe are just getting started.

Compared to the US, the community here is SMALL, vendor intel is scattered, customs varies by country, and most europeans figure it out alone.

this sub is going to be the central place to fix that.

I'm putting together a small group of people running peptides, sourcing for friends in Europe.

  • Real vendor intel,
  • customs experience by country,
  • regulatory updates.

drop a comment if you want in
