I made a post earlier this week with some questions, Slack has been 0 help, and quite frankly I’m a little nervous to even post in there because of all the people thinking they got dropped due to slack posts. Anyways, I understand that the dashboard updates are delayed, but why does my Awaiting only say 1.70 for 0:06 hours of work?!?! Before the pause, I got in 6 or so hours of work. I don’t even know where they got 6 minutes, especially because I don’t have a task I spent 6 minutes on. Will this be fixed? Am I worrying about nothing? is anyone else experiencing this??
Hi guys, I stopped HAI back in March/April and only just this week got back on. I see a lot of discourse over pay, tasks, etc. for HH. Anyone mind giving me a rundown on what’s changed since earlier this year? Previously, I was never shorted the amount I was owed or had issues finding tasks. Of course, since I just started again this week, I haven’t experienced being shorted or done a pay dispute. However, I’ve done about 4 hours of tasks with $0 showing up on my dashboard and a disclaimer that it’s not accurate on top of the webpage. What’s up with that? Slack, as usual, has run me in circles and hasn’t been very helpful. Thanks for any insight in advance!!
hi guys!! i just got my call-back today about a position, and ultimately i am so excited and really happy i can start making money again lolol. anyways, two years ago i moved cities to go to university, so i worked at the gym on campus (absolutely nothing to do with food or drink), and now i’m back in my hometown to attend uni here instead. now im freaking myself out a little. since i worked a job having nothing to do with food service for two years, im scared the training will be a lot. also for reference, in high school i worked at DB as a broista and really enjoyed it! just couldn’t transfer to any stores when i moved. i’m not sure how different the training at DB and SB are, or how working at them is different (besides the whole vibe). can anyone help me out, or give me any tips? thank you all in advance!!!
edit: not sure how this was posted twice, sorry to everyone that saw it twice on their feed!!
after a month and a half, i was let go a couple of minutes ago. super bummed.
after seeing a wave of these kinds of posts i had a feeling my time would come. i always managed to work and log my maximum amount of allowed hours so i knew they’d want to boot me before having to pay me for every hour every week.
anyways, im so so so so so happy i got an invite from micro1 after an interview to join their team. maybe that was a sign 😢 i will miss handshakeAI!!! but, i will not miss my hours changing every week and getting less than minimum wage for my state.
see you guys later and best of luck!!
