Questions about being a eDiscovery PM in the UK

Hi all, I work as a Junior eDiscovery project manager at a UK law firm. I feel incredibly lucky to have this role but i've struggled with a few questions:

  1. What's the realistic salary ceiling for eDiscovery PMs in the UK?

  2. Is this experience portable abroad, has anyone moved to the US, Australia, Singapore, or Dubai with an eDiscovery background?

  3. Is it realistic to later qualify as a solicitor and specialise as an "eDiscovery expert" lawyer, or does qualifying pull you away from the technical side?

Would appreciate any honest insight or experiences. Thanks!

Came Across wifes posts

So ill try and keep it as private as possible. I have come across my partners reddit posts within this sub. Im shocked at how they feel firstly, but more importantly, im really confused with some of the things that have been mentioned. I am by no means trying to dismiss her feelings but a lot of the things are just incorrect? For example they would mention how they would be doing all the cleaning/looking after the kids throughout the day, but it simply isnt true. I wouldnt expect her to be able to do that either btw (she is heavily pregnant and we are about to have 3 under 3 in total). There are multiple more examples. I understand I can do more, usually I spend a number of hours (3 ish) during my wfh job looking after the kids, then fully taking over after work, then I put both to sleep as lifting and going up and down the stairs is difficult for her. My usual duties are getting of all nappies, and tidying/resetting the living room and also doing all dishes pots/pans. I also do the nursery drop off for 1 kid and pick up as well as making lunch for both kids. I have slacked multiple times with my cleaning duties just from exhaustion as the kids have different sleeping routines which has only just started to sync up now. My partner cannot handle any conversations at all, it always escalates , i try my best to stay calm but the more calm I am the angrier she gets. If i try and tell her that im actually doing things , she will take that as a personal attack. I just dont know where to go from here. Theres so much more I could write but I just feel so stuck. This subreddit can sometimes act as an echo chamber but I really do want know what I can do.
