Brokerage not preforming well

Hi 23F- I have a Roth IRA (image 1) that uses fidelity Go- and is currently under 25k so doesn’t get charged fees. I also have a regular brokerage account (image 2) that I have set auto payments for.

I have had my Roth IRA for a couple years and I opened my brokerage account this year. (~March)

I am finding that my Roth IRA is performing better than my brokerage account. My brokerage is YTD rate is 5.6% whereas my Roth’s YTD is up 8.26%.

I have two questions/ would like input on.

- One, is there something wrong with in my Brokerage account that is likely the cause for this 3% lag?

- Two, how bad is fidelity go truly in terms of fees? Will the fact it has performed a better make up for it?

As an aside my fidelity Go account buys and sells the tickers- where as I just buy more of the same and hope for the best- is this the reason for the lag? (I included and example of what I am referring to last image)

PwC making you report where you worked from EVERYDAY

I feel this be unpopular opinion but unless you are from a big city NYC, Chicago, etc. going to the office in the Advisory sector is not useful.

Your team is not there. You have meetings 6am-8am most days. There is traffic and we don’t have public transportation.

I think if you don’t need to be at the office then you shouldn’t have to be there - not a fan of this new update of entering where you worked from. I worked I did my job.

There is just an added level of anxiety of what they will use this data for yes they say it’s for real estate planning but you and I both know now they are collecting it’s not like they will stop once they have evaluated their real estate footprint.
