First time posting here. Someone told me Reddit actually has good people for this kind of thing, so figured I'd try it instead of the usual freelance sites where everyone claims to be an "expert."

Quick backstory so you understand where I'm coming from.

We hired someone a few months back for cold email. Paid them 3k for month one, then another 3k for month two. Two months, 6k total, zero leads, zero sales, nothing. Just a lot of "trust the process" while our list sat there doing nothing. So yeah, I'm a bit gun shy now, and that's exactly why this offer looks the way it does.

What we've got:

• A list of 500,000+ contacts, ready to hand over on day one
• An actual product/agency behind it, not some random offer (superiorinc.uk, UK incorporated)
• Zero interest in wasting your time or ours

What we need:

• A senior cold email person. Not someone who's done a few campaigns for a friend. Someone who's actually closed clients off cold outreach before.
• You bring your own sending infra, warm-up, deliverability setup. We give you the list and the offer, you handle the rest.

How we're paying, straight up:

• 3,000 USD for month one
• But it's not paid upfront like last time. First payment comes after 2 weeks, and only once we've seen actual guaranteed sales or leads come through
• After that, it's structured in intervals tied to results, not just time passing
• If it works and we like what we see, this turns into a permanent gig, not a one-off

I know that might sound harsh, but after getting burned once, we're just not willing to pay someone to "try" anymore. If you're actually good at this, getting paid based on results shouldn't scare you off. It should be the easy part.
