Shortness of Breath and Yawning

My husband 38, started this weird constant yawning, shortness of breath issue last month! We are in UK. GP did tests and ECG, said all normal and referred to Cardiologist, which may take many months! So here are his blood results. I see his B12 and iron are low. I didn't know about optimal levels until Now! Last year he had B12 shots and this year we tested in March 2026 for that! We are clueless what is the reason for constant yawning whether ferritin or B12 because when he took shots pf B12 last year, he got it temporary! GP didn't test B12 again in June. Sorry for Long Post. Hope someone can guide better! He is on Iron Protocol. He doesn't have Pernicious anemia, it was tested last year. Because his Ferritin is low, we can't go for B12 injections, should he continue oral B12 along with iron before testing again? any advices appreciated.. Thank you
