Floor cleaners never come when they’re supposed to, and don’t listen when we tell them to come at the right time
What am I supposed to do when we try to tell our floor cleaners that they’re supposed to come two hours before closing which is 8 PM and I’m not sure if they just don’t understand English and I’m not trying to sound discriminatory in any sort of way but we’ve had conversations multiple times about them trying to come at 8 o’clock and they just don’t listen. They always come at random ass times like today at 4:48 PM. We close at 10.

Please add an item (or make it a feature) to place wood beams in the sand
It is so difficult trying to navigate through sand on console if you guys add an item or even just a type of thing you can place that’s just different wood or even just letting us place, wood rocks, and fence fences to make like beams to hold up the sand something because I’m stuck and I really wanna get through here cause I hear the bugs I wanna attack the bug bugs

Bag checks not going through?
Every week for the last month it keeps saying I’ve missed bag checks for me and my closing csa’s. I’ve scanned our bags out twice each day and it’s still coming in saying I’m not. I’m getting so frustrated because the SM is saying they’re going to start writing up because of it, but IM TRYING DAMN IT!
