Ever since I got a girlfriend, my Matilda di Canossa runs are always disastrous and unsuccessful. Did she get nerfed or is she just mad at me? (CK3)

Hi, me again... so I posted this into r/CrusaderKings and they got really mad at me which I didn't understand but this community seems much more open and empathetic so please guys hear me out.

So I'm in a relationship since the end of January and this happened to me like six times since than. Matilda is my fav ck3 character and I formed Italy and other Christian faiths as her more times than I can count.

But since I got my girlfriend, around five/ten years after the start there always is some massive plague in Italy and if that doesn't finish me, random revolts, invasions by the hautevilles, bullying from the Kaiser, accidents and multiple other horrible incidents happen to me.

Did she really get nerfed? Do I suck at the game? Or is it something paranormal? Look at how she's looking down on me it makes me uncomfortable. I don't know what's happening and it's slowly killing me.

Why did the Bosnians embrace Islam quite quickly but the Greeks, which were under Ottoman rule for a much longer time, held onto Christianity?

I think about this quite often, why some nations seem to adapt certain cultural or religious traits rather easily and some are sort of "stubbornly" holding onto the old traditional practices.

I would say the differences in mentality concerning this is still visible even today. The most obvious example would be the Jews who held onto Judaism for 2000 years of exile. But I just can't get my head around this Bosnian/Greek example. Albania/Bulgaria is also a similar interesting one.

Appreciate any answers.

P.S.:

I'm not trying to moralize or blame the Bosnians for leaving christianity behind or any other similar nonsense. I just think it's an interesting thing to discuss with people who have the knowledge needed to lead a comprehensive conversation regarding the matter.

How can I make Matilda di Canossa torture me in her dungeon?

Hear me out... I've tried to make her do it in my latest playthrough starting as the count of Lucca, rebelled against her and got thrown into jail, right where I wanted to be. Then I tried escaping for her to throw me in the dungeon, which also worked nicely. But now what?

How to make my bdsm fantasy come true, to make her give me a good whipping in there? Is it even possible?

If she was to take the bdsm test she would definitely be at least 80% mommy, 90% brat tamer and 100% dominant, I mean just look at her, it's obvious.

Found a guy selling this for 120$. What's so special about it, or is it just a scam?

I have a similar one at home, only difference is that it's from the 30s. This one is supposed to be 'rare'. 20 halierov from 1st Czechoslovak republic.

Why is it so that when I murder my shitty heir and it's discovered I get the Kinslayer, -1 devotion etc. but when I unlawfully imprison him and literally torture him in the dungeon TO DEATH it's considered okay with no lasting consequences?

I mean usually when i can i imprison them and force them to take the vows but this is another alternative. The penalty to legitimacy and the cost of disinheriting is too high.

But it's just funny how you can literally do satan level shit and not even lose piety (only the temporary tyranny) but when you try to make a clean kill (much more humane than suffering for years in the dungeon if you ask me) you get all the pretty horrible penalties i mentioned before.

You can basically keep putting your sons to the dungeons and torturing them and still be pious and keep using the pope as your personal piggy bank. Apparently killing them in a different manner is not considered sinful. It really should get more balanced.

My European Historical Rulers Collection (Silver)

I love these more than anything, specifically the 5 Mark/Frank etc. ones. Such a shame that we stopped making hefty silver coins. Also, the designs are just georgius, this late 19th / early 20th century style is my favorite. What do you think about these types of coins?

T. G. Masaryk Birthday medal, Czechoslovakia. Worth 60€?

From 1935, 85th birthday of the first Czechoslovak president Tomáš Garique Masaryk. Nice case as a bonus but I'm not sure about the value. Found this on a local collector's market.

Do you know of any free anime site where you can download the episodes in good quality?

Animekai had it but now well... their server room got burned down. I think now that so many sites got taken down, it's a better time than ever to try to hoard the anime you want to see / preserve for future generations.

1984 Soviet coin

Not worth a lot I'm sure, just picked it up at the collector's market, thought it was pretty funny. I wonder how many hands exchanged it.

My "Slovak Fauna" Collection

All with nominal value of 5€, worth a bit more than that in reality. What about you, do you also have similar special euro coin collections, fauna/flora/something else from your country?

Rare Stalin coin, Czechoslovakia

Only minted from the formation of ČSSR in 1948 to the death of Stalin in 1953 and subsequent destalinization. My ancestors were wise to keep this one :)

The iconic "Jánošík" 2Kčs coin

It was minted only in the short period of the 3rd Czechoslovak republic (1945-1948). It has the face of Juraj Jánošík (1688-1713) on it, a well-known Slovak highwayman and a national hero, known for allegedly robbing the rich Hungarian nobility and giving the money to the poor Slovak peasants.

Interesting / Anniversary 2€ coins

I found these while sorting through my grandfather's collection. If any of them has a higher value than it's nominal value (maybe the Athens Olympics one or the World Food programme one?) please let me know, thank you. Enjoy the cool designs! Btw I'm from Slovakia, so some of them are relevant only to us (for example the 100th anniversary of first Slovak blood transfusion, very cool design).
