Mobo died, replacements out of stock, replace with i5 14400 + mobo or Ryzen 5600 + mobo?

Mostly in title i have an i5 11400 and a b560 motherboard that died recently, can't find any replacements in stock with the usual trusted vendors, so i have come up with these forced "upgrades", I also have a RX 9060XT 16GB and play at 1440p, and i don't want to spend unnecessarily

Ryzen 5600 + MSI B550M Gaming Plus WIFI6E for 24k

i5 14400F + GIGABYTE B760M GAMING X DDR4 GEN5 for 33k

i5 14400 + same mobo above for 40k( would prefer integrated cpu for basic display incase my gpu dies, but 6k more is a lot )

Aside from these i want to upgrade my psu and case also, else would have gone for 7500x3d build

No replacement for my mobo, should i sidegrade to Ryzen 5600 + B550 or spend more for AM5 build?

So i have an i5 11400 + B550M + 16GB DDR4 system, the mobo seems to have died( fans spinning and fan leds lighting up but no POST ), now i cannot find a proper replacement anywhere, even H510 boards are out of stock.

I'm thinking of moving to Ryzen 5600 and a B550M board because it's the cheapest possible combination and i don't need to spend a bomb for DDR5 RAM

The AM5 build i have in mind is a 7500X3D and a single 16GB DDR5 stick, and would cost more than double the AM4 combination

I also have an RX 9060 XT 16GB, Seasonic m12ii 6210w PSU and game at 1440p if that helps
