All five (four from my back, one from inner thigh) came back as “atypical junctional melanocytic proliferation.” I know that this doesn’t mean melanoma (yet), but I’m curious, how many of you didn’t find out at the first round of biopsies & then ended up diagnosed afterwards?

Also, does the sheer number of them grouped together mean anything?

I’m really nervous & my next appointment isn’t until 7/2.
