I'm waiting for my LTM onboarding and wanted to hear from candidates who joined from 17th June onwards.

Could you please share your experience?

• How was the onboarding process on the first day?
• How was the training environment?
• Which domain/technology were you allotted?
• How was the training schedule?
• Was the training easy to follow for freshers?
• Any tips or things we should prepare before joining?

Hi everyone,

I’m from the 2026 batch and got selected for the GET role at LTIMindtree. I received my offer letter in February.

However, I saw someone mention that they received their offer letter as early as December.

So I wanted to ask:

• When did offer letters actually start getting released for the 2026 batch?
• Was it in phases (Dec, Jan, Feb), or different based on colleges?
• Does the offer letter date affect onboarding order in any way?

Just trying to understand the timeline better since there haven’t been many updates after that.
