Please help, burning out from self managing

How to find a manager when u have almost no online presence or cloud, but have top tier skills, know exactly what u should to to grow, have a pro image and brand, but are unable to execute the plan u made.

this year i started my new alias and started also to take managing myself seriously, but i keep burning out consistently from the managing affairs, i even prepared a 90 page document which has literaly every single step for growth and bsicly a path to a succesful artist project in it, but even having all steps chewed out still dont help.

Do you have any suggestions on how to find someone who might be interested in helping out?

(Sorry if this is also a bit of a vent but i dont know how else to proceed)

Advanced production tips share thread (thread title extender)

Ill start:

Align the crossover points in ur multiband plugins to reduce phasing.

Dont use mid side eq without linear or dynamic phase to preserve the phase better then regular eqing

Dont use equalisers on bus tracks to avoid eqing stuff that doesnt need to be eqd

Use only smooth eq bands to get a cleaner sound

Using max quality settings and 32x oversampling to get highest quality music when rendering (obvious but hey this makes a huge diffrence)

Align the phase of ur kick with ur sub by shifting the sub sample or by turning the phase knob and set random start position to zero

Lets go

After 9 years of mixing and continuously improving, i have reached a plateau.

Ive been mixing and mastering my songs for 9 years. My stuff is now on a level where its professional and i have reached a plateau. What are some suggestions where i can improve?

My latest point improvement was aligning the crossover points on multiband plugins on the master chain to reduce phasing. If u got any suggestions like that id love to hear em or if u can spare the time id appriciate a listen and ur thoughts on it.
