This test is also expired (2024) 10 DPO got some spotting and not to sure what was going on. Also late afternoon pee. I’m doing this all wrong I’m sorry 😅
I’ve been on setraline for 2 years now. Started to gain when I hit therapeutic dose at 100mg. I’m now 30 pounds deep and the weight keep on coming every week. I talked to my doctor and she made me feel like I (sorta) was the problem and not the setraline. I was clear and said I wanted to change medication but since I have OCD tendencies she feel Zoloft is best. I walk an average of 15 000 steps a day. Do Pilates and spinning 5x week (alternating). She told me I workout too much? Hence the weight gain because my cortisol must be high?
I’m just so lost working out makes me feel good and just wanted to switch medication and felt like I wasn’t heard. I haven’t changed the way I eat much (mostly healthy some random croissant and sweets but nothing notable) and I feel like the medication slows my metabolism down like crazy. Any advice?
