delhi to gopeshwar

i have to reach gopeshwar at around afternoon tomorrow,

the best combination im able to make is that ill go till rishikesh in a sleeper bus in the night and then take utc bus/taxi from rishikesh till gopeshwar/chamoli early morning but i am unable to find information about the timings and frequency of busses and taxis.

another option im thinking is to depart early morning from delhi to dehradun (since it just takes 3-3.5 hours now) and then take bus/ taxi till gopeshwar, but i don't even know if there are busses from dehradun or not

please guide me
