Jasmine is a liar

After the heart rate challenge when her and Kav are having a conversation, she says and I quote cuz I literally just watched it "I don't fancy him back". That's a plain lie. She likes the chase. She might not be the right fit for Lorenzo, but she hundred percent fancies him. This was evident while Yasmin was in the other villa for the sleepover.

Jasmine also has no ability to accept her mistake and listen to what the other person has to say. One of the most important woman in my life also has trouble accepting that she's wrong and has a hard time listening to people when she gets called out. So I know one when I see one.

8 weeks pregnant and constipated. Please help!

I am 8 weeks along and thought the pregnancy constipation hits later but unfortunately for me it started last week. Before getting pregnant, I was pretty regular.

At first it started with very little stool every morning to just being able to go every other day. Yesterday was my "other day" but I couldn't go at all and that made me so frustrated, angry and uncomfortable!!☹️☹️

The pharmacist had recommended Colace, which I purchased but all of the information I read online made me buy MiraLAX. Finally, I gave up last night and had me relaxed before bed. I was able to go this morning (which is a slight relief) but I don't feel all cleared up at all!! still feel like there's some stuff up in there that doesn't want to come out.

I do want to note that the week before this, I was barely able to eat anything at all. I was living on bare minimum food which included an apple or an orange the whole day and maybe a few bites of dinner at night (due to food aversions). I started eating a little bit this week which is much better than before.

before getting pregnant, I used to love taking yakult on days where I needed help and it worked beautifully. But now I am trying to avoid sugary drinks. Any help or suggestion would be super super helpful! Should probiotics still be my bff? Or fiber? I do take 2 teaspoons of chia seeds everyday and either an apple/pear or banana.

Lost appetite, can't eat anything

Its JUST been 4 days since I started loosing my appetite and I am already tired! There's nothing I feel like eating.... I start my day with some almonds, half an apple, half and orange. That's it. The thought of food is making me sick. I know I should eat every 2 hours.... What should I do??

I asked my husband to buy crackers, its in the the documentation from the doctor too but I am afraid its not nutritious and I'll get sick of the crackers too. I am glad I am able to drink water because I read here that a few women also had an aversion to water which is so scary.

Hi all, FTM. I am around 5 weeks in and I've been cramping since a few days before I took the positive test. That's why I thought I might not be pregnant since the cramps were same as what I get during and before my period.

Now that I am 5 weeks along, cramps are still there everyday.now they're not severe but happen everyday for 30 seconds or so and then stop.

I saw a very very light pink discharge yesterday but only when I wiped. It was just that once.

Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone? I have an appointment for Wednesday but contemplating whether I should go to urgent care.

Thanks already!
