Affordable wedding venues?
We want to get married next fall and I’m at a loss for a venue. I want to keep it as cheap as I can while keeping it looking nice. The venue I initially chose and almost put my deposit down on has several thousand dollars worth of hidden fees I caught in the fine print as I was about to pay my deposit!

Tiny sander???
Edit: Want to specify that this picture was at the beginning of sanding. These floors were horribly abused by previous occupant, so hand sanding would take me ages. I will post a picture in the comments of a different room that wasn’t as bad as the kitchen where the exposed floor meets floor protected by the carpet. Thank you to those who suggested an edge sander! I will rent one tomorrow!
Moved into a fixer upper and the floors are original hardwood to the house. We’re sanding off years of neglect and grime, but the drum sander and none of our hand sanders fit under the cabinets. What on earth do I use??

How to kill mold
Just recently got ownership of my late grandparents house. Tore down some of the trim to pull up tack strips and found minor mold under a window behind the trim. It is definitely from the window being left open during rain and water dripping down the trim and not drying. How would you guys recommend to kill it?
