Update: Assaulted by students - 3 week suspension
Now I have just received a verbal abuse / corporal punishment allegation.
I will be speaking with my union representative and may have them present with legal counsel as well but I'm better of resigning and never stepping foot in another DOE institution again.
I'm beyond upset considering this is taking place after I was assaulted and have given both oral and written statement before and after the incident.
This is all retaliation.

Assaulted outside of the school
Location: NYC
Got jumped by a gang of boys, the older one claimed that I got his younger brother in trouble.
What advice do you give? I filed a police report through the school and my mom is looking for a lawyer for me since the school did not ensure my safety or protect me in anyway.
