I'm hunting for sword toon spot to get XP that isn't Olthoi?

I witnessed a level 14 dagger character dramatically outkilling my sword character yesterday. My swordie has a max damage sword, and he is well outfitted, high skills and base attributes, and it wasn't even close. I have tested rapier vs sword and honestly they are either the same on Olthoi, or sword edges it out. When I said something about how bad ass the guy was doing, he exclaimed Biting Strike! I know he wasn't running some twinked lvl 7s on his dagger. I Googled, did the usual 18 tabs open, and even ran my ass out to Olthoi Tunnels before I realized it has lvl 110 mobs. Is there a Claw that is getable at lvl ~22 by a solo swordsman?

Like do I need to pick up a 6.5 - 13 flaming stave (250 wield) or is something like 8 - 15 the actual best for staff weapons with 250 wield req? I need this table for all melee weapons. Does it exist?

After a 35-year career in IT, I was laid off. 8.5 months later and I'm still on the street. I know several folks in the ISO 9001 Lead audit game, and they suggest I would be great for that kind of role. I see auditortrainingonlinedotcom has a 32 hour, Lead Auditor self-paced course for $1,395.00 .

Does anyone have any insight on the credibility or efficacy of these online certification boot camps? Some are around $300 and some are around $1,400 and that disparity has me questioning all of it like it's just some scam. I have checked into some in-person training classes, but I cannot find any that have seats available around Houston for several months and my savings are running out.

Don't need to be top banana anymore, but I do need to find a job before I forget everything except my name.

I'm getting my feet back under me as a level 144 Bowmaster Hunter and more often than not I am using a ton of melee attacks because even single targets close to melee range. I must not have my toon set up properly for modern LoTRO Hunter combat. Red trait line is maxed out with actually a lot of Blue/Huntsman.

For example, Marathon Petroleum Galveston Bay Refinery in Texas City, TX? I am having an ongoing convo with someone who insists the US didn't have a huge dip in gasoline production during Covid. The gov website eia_dot_gov clearly shows we did, and we haven't even recovered since then, just like what happened in 2008, and '79. It took 7 years to recover from Covid, 7 years to recover from the crisis in '79, and so I think will take 7 years for this Iran war mess also. I'd like to be more granular than the total US-wide production values if I can.
