No internet 13 days & counting

I’m literally crying. I’m so frustrated I don’t know what to do. I have an Airstream trailer on a vineyard property about 90 mins from my primary home. I use home internet to run cameras 24/7 and we use the Airstream on the weekends on the property itself. After 5+ years of use, on Fri 8/7 it started blinking red. A 90 min chat to Customer Support resulted in the conclusion the hardware was faulty and I need new equipment. Easy right? Wrong!!! I was supposed to receive an email confirmation of it being shipped. Never got the email. Never got the equipment.

Today, I’ve spent a total of 3 hours 45 mins on chat. All I need is to know where is the equipment!!! How hard is that? Well, every agent promised to be accountable and see it through. After another 90 mins on chat use, I was told UPS “misplaced” the package and the new order would be placed for 2-day arrival. I’d get a text and email from the agent confirming details. Well that never happened.

Then, tonight, I spent another 2 1/2 hours trying to get help!!! Finally thought it would happen until the agent said they need the IMEI number. The equipment isn’t with me!!! No other agent asked me that either.

I have a MiFi device and I asked for unlimited unthrottled service until this equipment could be sorted and they wanted to change my plan and charge me! WTF?

I don’t know what to do. The thought of trying to solve this with more time invested is killing me. Should I just cancel with Verizon? SO horrible to make customer jump through hoops.
