For context, I ran few campaigns and even more oneshots in my world, but lately I felt kinda bored, so ran something in ravenloft (still connected to this world tho). Now, I don't want to throw away few years of worldbuilding and making memories with my friends. I thought of changing some geography, like moving into a new era. I just yearn for some kind of change. But honestly, I don't know if that's a good idea and if doing it offscreen isn't even worse. Any of you ever did something like this? How did you justify it in lore, and how did your players react?
A shame I couldn't find grimaldus' banner, one from sternguard vets had to do some lifting. Still, pretty happy how it's turning out.
For account I wanted to run a campaign using some particular setting from ravenloft. I even planned out a campaign, but due some unforseen circumcises I need tl wrap it up in 7 sessions max. And now, well... I'm kinda stuck. I always ran bigger campaigns and dunno how to plan for such small number of sessions... maybe some of you have tried such format and can give some hints on how to plan it? Is it even fun? Thanks in advance
Everywhere I go I always see armies with vehicles. Being the fan of the knightly aesthetic, I simply don't want to paint any tanks, even dreadnoughts. I just don't like the models. Am I shooting myself to the knee?
