Before you say there's nothing to do, I've been on many a Canadian subreddit and see the same negatively [Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Windsor, Ottawa, insert city] is the worst place to live.

Good coffee? Good bookstores? Hiking, walking? Culture?

City of Regina bus traveling southbound on Arcola, broken down near the University Park intersection, in the left lane. Traffic jammed all the way from Victoria to University Park.

Who designed this road and how does a City Bus, which should be inspected by a driver daily, break down like this?
