Hi there, I'm looking to fill a room starting September 1st in Bay Ridge. Sublease length is flexible, with a two month minimum.

About the Apartment

The Fort Hamilton side of Bay Ridge, off the 86th stop. Five minutes from the R train and several bus lines. No Washer/Dryer in building and no dishwasher. This is a 3 floor walk up. Utilities are con Edison and Wifi, and both are discounted. Several Bodega's and great restaurants nearby, and has an incredible view of the Verrazzano bridge

About the Room

The Bedroom is 108 sq. feet, get's ample sunlight, and has an incredible view of the Verrazzano.

About the Roommate

Julian: Writer, Musician, Singer/songwriter. Works in retail and is writing a book on a year contract.
