While I didn't focus much on diet, a I have to travel and eat a lot of outside food. HIIT became a core area to keep fit.

Added box jump as the first exercise before moving in to squats. It does impact the squat weight lifting potential though.
Developed a program which I am following for last ⁴ weeks.

My goals are power and stamina rather than muscle definition. Tried to find a balance with stamina circuits, explosive power moves and strength while almost completely removing biceps triceps

Though I realized it's tough and I tend to skip cycling.
