How can I watch anime with Japanese subtitles?

Hi! Does anyone know how I can watch anime, or just anime TV shows and movies with Japanese subtitles? I want to consume more Japanese media so I don’t forget the words that i’m learning and to really get sucked in into the Japanese language.

I was thinking of buying Japanese DVD. They have Region 2 just like Europe which also has region 2 lock, so I can watch Japanese DVD on my laptop.

But my Japanese teacher told me that there is no Japanese subtitle option in Japanese DVD’s.

There are AI tools and websites that I could use, I know, but I want to do it without AI.

Any suggestions?

How do I cut out an image with lasso tool and reshape it?

I have a question. This artists on Twitter called @_qae0 used the images into his art and changed it a little bit. They cut the image out, reshaped the image to fit into the scarf looking cloth hanging over his shoulders.

Does anyone know how I can do this in CSP?

Also does anyone know how I can turn a self drawn clothing pattern into a brush? If it’s too long to explain, could you guys send me a YouTube video, if it exists, because I couldn’t find any.
