Hi, guys! I’ve been thinking heavily since I’m torn between apartment or condo. However, I have an infant so I decided to go for condo for added security.

The thing is, I’m currently tight on a budget since I’m recovering from giving birth and exhaustion of taking care of my newborn (ftm).

Is it still possible that I can find a condo around Pasay or Makati that ranges around 10k to 15k? if yes, can anyone recommend or comment what are those condo that still offers price like that? Thanks in advance!
