How much to admissions counselors take your senior classes into account?
I’m probably taking 3-4 ap classes next year and the others are all dual enrollment or honors so I don’t want to take all these tough classes just for nothing.
Taking ap stats instead of ap csa
In college I want to major in computer engineering or to something computer science related. So this year I’ve taken AP csp with the intent of taking AP csa next year as a senior.
Today my counselor told me that the school won’t be running AP csa next year I think because not enough students signed up. So I talked to my counselor and looked through the electives my school offers and I chose AP stats to replace it. I really enjoyed AP csp and found it really interesting and fun and I wish I could continue it.
On my college application I don’t want it to look like I’m just jumping around taking random ap classes because I think they’ll look good because that’s not the case. I feel like me taking AP csa would really show further interest into the field but I’m also currently in algebra 2 honors as a junior (not my choice) and going into pre AP calc next year (not the AP it’s just what my school calls the honors version of pre calc because they don’t offer pre AP calc) so I’m wondering if that will be good to show colleges that I’m still working to challenge myself in math. I’m also taking AP physics 2 next year.
Is the August sat the 15th or 22nd Google is showing me both dates for some reason
reddit.comIs there any way to make the speakers sound better in the 2021 Elantra SEL
I have a 2021 Elantra sel and the one thing about the car that bothers me is that the speakers sound absolutely horrible. There’s no depth at all and it just sounds flat. I’ve played with the bass and treble settings but it really didn’t do much even on the max settings. Is there anything I could do to make them sound any better?
My proctors wouldn’t stop talking and I feel like it caused me to do worse on the exam
I’m really upset because my proctors wouldn’t stop talking while I was taking the apush exam and I feel like it negatively affected how I did.
I have adhd and so it’s really hard for me to read and comprehend things if there’s any noise, and I get really overwhelmed if I’m trying to read something with other distracting noises in background because it causes everything to go into my mind and straight out. Because of this I have small group testing and I also get time and a half.
During the exam I had 2 proctors in my room and they would not stay quiet and I found that it was extremely disrespectful. The whole time they were talking loudly not even whispering, they were cracking jokes with other students in the room, randomly talking to us for no reason joking about like turning on the toaster because it was cold, yelling to each other from across the room. It was probably more quiet in the room with all the 50 other kids in the library.
Mind you the proctor is literally a special ed teacher and he can’t even be quiet for kids that are in a special room because THEY NEED IT TO BE QUIET!!!
The one time they were actually quiet was when the vice principal came in and told them to be quiet but after she left they went right back to it.
