Can I cancel?

I've had this for about 6 months hoping it would be ok while we waited for full fibre but now it looks like this won't happen for a while I can't bear staying on this any longer. Would these speeds be a good enough reason to break contract?

How difficult is it to develop a house?

Hi I'm looking to buy a very modest Schengen shuffle house with access to the lakes and ski resorts so anywhere between Aosta and Edolo and probably Sondrio sort of area. For my budget it won't be derelict but it will need complete modernisation and heating / cooling etc.

My trade here is heating and cooling and I'm just wondering if there are many paperwork hoops to jump through to install batteries and air con / heaters etc and who needs to be notified if anyone.

Loaning some of my drawdown

Hi I have a couple of small pots and I need to lend some to my wife for cashflow for a new direction in her business.

If I draw 10k and loan it to her company to clear her director loan account and she pays it back to me 500 a month from her dividends and I pay it back in to my pension they will add 25% to my contributions?, is that the most efficient method?

I'm 58 and have about 50k in small pots one of which I still contribute a small amount to and a DB pension of about 16k at age 65.

Leave in pension?

I'm 57 and currently live in the UK but hoping to buy a property in northern Italy to fix up and rent as a part of my retirement portfolio. I have found a few old pensions, one a final salary scheme giving me about 15k and a few other smaller ones totalling about 50k.

I'm still adding to the smaller ones at a couple of hundred a month but as I want to put these into drawdown to access over the next tax year changeover would I be better off sticking money into an ISA and adding these pensions into the ISA when tax efficient to withdraw?

Fund tracking app

Hi does anyone use an app where they can track all their small pot pension funds so I can see the performance of the individual funds and total value etc all in one place?
