Where to buy lamb chops?

I went to HEB today, but they were sold out. Where else is a solid bet to have lamb chops?

comically low offers on property not for sale

My property is not for sale. It’s not listed for sale! Yet people think offering me less than what I bought it for will entice me into selling.

Since I’m having to entertain their comical offers, I’m thinking of countering with 400k.

*just editing to add that the person who reached out is with a local agency & is verifiable. The interested party is my neighbor. Both of whom know the area & understand how that offer is not matching market value for the area. I’ve received similar offers from others that I brushed off, but this particular event mildly infuriated me.
