Revelations tomorrow, HYPE, how are you all feeling

I just remember all the different time we thought it was going to come out

Started as before the end on 2025

Then early 2026

Then they said we’d see the trailer at the Xbox developer showcase thing but nothing

Then many weeks of teases

Then at the Xbox game showcase when that one game showed up that I thought was doom but wasn’t

Then the actual trailer showed up only a few minutes later

Then wait a month

And finally now it is only 1 day away

HYPE

also appreciation for beard slayer my beloved

How would you feel about open world/semi open world doom game

Like for a basic example since the high council most likely won’t die in revelations what if they make an open world game were you explore hell and hunt down the high council and other demons, they could also do several different maps which are the different levels of hell

Just an idea I think could be pretty interesting and could differ a lot from the other doom games but also have the doom dna in its game play which is what they say they want for doom

So since the praetor suit in revelations is different to 2016’s I have a theory

that the one in 2016 is the 2.0 maybe improved by the slayer and the sentinels before finally in eternal the doom slayer using some technology he got sometime in between 2016 and eternal made the 3.0 himself

If they do eventually make an animated Doom movie and had to have a celebrity voice the slayer, who’d you think would be good

My personal Choice is Hugh Jackman if he could do a bit of a deeper voice since with wolverine he put his all into the rage full yelling, just look at the behind the scenes voice work for Logan

Am I right in saying that there are 3 different kinds of demons/different ways Demons can be made

1 corrupted souls: souls that have been twisted by hell, examples are the Zombe, Solider and lost soul

2 hell born/native: demons that here born in and from hell so are native to it as there world, examples are the Imp, Pinky and Mancubus (also all the leaders like Ahzrak and the high council)

3 enslaved and corrupted creatures: beings that were taken and enslaved by hell that eventually are corrupted into Demons, examples are the Aggadon Hunter and Titans

If this is right I’m also wondering exactly which demons fit in which category (also my favourite is the Mancubus)

With the Praetor suit being made in revelations is it safe to say that The Wretch will die by the end of the DLC
