Hinge is exhausting

Hinge is exhausting

I've been on and off Hinge for a while now. Got back on again for like 20–25 days and ong, it has never felt this exhausting.

Every conversation feels the same. Forced and boring.

And even from my side tbh, I was starting to get the ick from myself every time I opened Hinge 😭

I'm such a huge sucker for organic connections, but how the hell are you even supposed to have them anymore? I want a meet-cute in a bookstore or a cafe, not a fkin match on a dating app.

Really in a love-hate relationship with Hinge ughh.

Deleting it again and hoping this was the last time I was on it.

Anyone else finding n8n annoying once an AI agent gets more complicated?

I've recently been playing around with ai agents to try out some college stuff. I started with n8n because that's the only one I knew from the start and it's the easiest

It works really well when you clearly know what your agent is supposed to do

But once I tried experimenting a little more, things got very messy. Especially when different users started connecting to the agent. Which resulted in me spending more time to fix that than handling the actual agent

I tried a few approaches.. even zapier didn't work for what i was trying to do. I also looked up Composio in this process. And that solved all the annoying stuff for me

No hate to n8n actually

But now I stopped using it for handling everything

Has anyone ever faced this? What did you end up using?

My cofounder left me, so i used fable to ship my saas solo

It fucked me up a bit when my cofounder left mid build but well, i didnt wanna waste months finding a replacement so i just started using fable ($200 ) to keep pushing instead of dropping it.

the major stack is next.js on the frontend, postgres for the db, hosted on vercel, stripe for payments. current piece im heads down on is a bot that watches twitter engagement on my account, likes, replies, retweets, new follows, scores it based on profile fit and repeat engagement, then drafts personalized outreach based on their actual profile instead of some generic template. using composio for the twitter auth so i dont have to deal with oauth token refresh myself, plus a vector db for storing profile context and a cron job that checks for new engagement every few hours

still in dev so cant share a live link yet, but its looking hella promising. AMA if anyone else had to pick up a cofounder's half of the work solo and curious what actually helped

claude connectors vs integration layers, which one to choose?

been stuck on this for a bit, curious what people actually do. when you're hooking up MCPs for claude to use, you just going with the native connectors or are you throwing something like composio or pipedream so you're not dealing with auth for every single tool yourself

like on paper the extra layer makes sense, way more tools available and you're not the one managing oauth and security for each integration. but claude's own connector list keeps growing so idk how much of an edge that really is anymore, at least for the stuff most people need

anyone running both ways who can help me? is the extra layer worth it or is it just more moving parts for not much upside at this point

would you even run fable locally if you could?

genuine question, if fable prices drop heavily over the next two years, does local even make sense? by the time you can run fable on a 5k rig the hosted version will probably be 10x cheaper. what's the case beyond privacy?
