FIA Is Treating WRC Like a Joke

Seriously, what is wrong with the FIA and these WRC27 regulations, not to mention the promoter situation?

Almost every major motorsport championship, whether FIA-sanctioned or not, publishes its regulations at least one or two years before they are implemented. Yet here we are, almost in July 2026, and the full WRC27 regulations still haven't been published. The promoter deal also remains unresolved despite repeated claims that an announcement was just around the corner.

For the past two years, we've constantly heard that the new regulations and promoter announcement were imminent, but nothing concrete has happened. It's hard to understand why the FIA is handling the WRC this way when it's arguably the third biggest global motorsport championship.

As for the Rally2 kit announcement, I'm still not sure whether it's a good thing or a bad thing. What I do know is that it feels incredibly late to introduce such a major change to what is arguably the most popular category in modern rallying history. Rally2 (R5) has been one of the biggest success stories in rallying, and making significant changes this close to 2027 seems a little risky.

Am I the only one who feels like this entire process has been unnecessarily delayed?

New fan with few questions

Hello guys, I'm a new IndyCar fan and I have a few questions:

1-What parts of the car are teams allowed to change or develop apart from setup?

2-What do we know so far about the 2028 regulations?

3-Is the sport growing in popularity?

4-Can anyone stop Alex Palou's dominance? (Stupid question 😅)

Hey guys, I’m a 25 year old male. I consider myself a clever and knowledgeable person, I guess.

But lately, I’ve started to feel like I’m becoming slow, almost dumb. I get easily manipulated by things that, two years ago, would have never even crossed my mind. I find myself trusting people too quickly or believing them without thinking.

I’ve also noticed that my ability to understand information has slowed down, even though I used to be a fast learner. I know it sounds weird, but it’s starting to affect my life.

If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. And if there’s any psychological or other explanation for this, I’d like to understand it.
