What's the funkiest album of all time?
I need something that is pure unadulterated funk. I wanna hit a stank face as I vibe out to the grooves. The funkier the better.

It's my favorite Grateful Dead jam, so I am looking for more good versions to chew on. My favorites are 8/6/74, 11/30/73, and 3/31/91.
My brethren,
Salvation, my brothers and sisters, is not confined to the present. Though we rejoice in peace already given, there is even greater peace which lies beyond our lives. Our joy is not only in the present, we should not only rejoice because of the contentment we have now, but on the new covenant that was established on “better promises” (Heb. 8:6). These promises are eternal instead of temporal, for through the covenant that Christ established we have the promise of eternal life and the coming New Creation, after our Lord renders judgment on all of those on earth. If Christ can overcome the world and conquer death, so can we, for “praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time” (1 Pet. 1:3–5). We have “treasures in heaven” (Matt. 6:20) that cannot be comprehended, that were secured for us through Christ’s death on the cross.
Even though we may suffer, even though we may have been lost to sin, and even though some of us were bound to the evil one and have suffered the consequences, those that take up their cross and follow Christ should not be shattered by earthly trials, for it is written, “for I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us” (Rom. 8:18). You may be climbing a mountain for what is a moment in time but the time spent in the valleys of Heaven is forever. The present is only a grain of sand in the desert of forever. Our lives are only a fraction of a second compared to the time spent in Heaven, so dry your tears and strengthen your weary hands, for all will be cleansed by our Creator when the time is right. For, “‘He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away” (Rev. 21:4).
That is why we must continue to be patient during our time on earth. We must abide by our struggles and not collapse under the weight of our pain, for there will be no more tears or lamentations in Heaven. It is written, “I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope” (Ps. 130:5) and “if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience” (Rom. 8:25). What seems like eternity, when compared to eternity itself, is an infinitesimally small part of it as not to be worth counting. We must, then, wait for God to offer his blessings to us on His own time instead of trying to rush into blessings we manufactured ourselves, for these false blessings are curses disguised as good fortune. Take heart and abound in hope, for Christ is our hope and apart from Him our labor is in vain. It is written, “we have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf” (Heb. 6:19–20).
