Any idea what they could be?!!

When I was 19, I got chin liposuction. I’ve never been overweight, my family is just cursed with big faces and chins.
Yes, that’s young but it was a huge source of insecurity for me and i got the procedure done. That was in 2014.
My results were amazing for about 5 years and the amount of confidence I had was incredible! Slowly, I started to notice the fat coming back but in a more concentrated fat pocket just below the chin whereas before I had ZERO jawline.
I am now 31 and I feel like I need to do something else about this because no matter my weight (almost underweight at times), It causes body dysmorphia and makes me feel so much bigger than I am whenever I sneak a glance at my side profile or have photos taken.
12 years later there are so many options to remove the fat here and it’s overwhelming.
I just don’t know where to start!
I know booking a consultation with both a plastic surgeon and a med spa would be helpful but I was hoping to get some advice from those who have had a second procedure done years later.
