Moral is so low, no one and I mean no one cares about the work anymore. No one cares about the quality of work they produce because everyday Bessent has a new way of trying to “traumatize” employees. Karma is a bitch Scottie boy, god will have his way with you. I wish for RIF daily because it’s so stressful and doing a great job means NOTHING. SO we all focus on our hobbies and second jobs and give the bare minimal effort that no matter our performance, we will be rated as in our new communist rating system where everyone is a “meets”. Ugh ok time to start my dreaded shift.
