Capital one banking is just awful!
First of all, customer service been no help for three different calls.
So I open my savings account to get the bonus .then I try to link my account to external. Taking two days to verify. And after that found I can only transfer up to 25k within a month.
My only solution is either wire and lose a fee or check deposit. I choose to do check deposit.
But I need physical debt card to do that and that card arrives 8 days after I open my account. So I wait for about 4-5 days.
Then I go making a check deposit and it takes four days to clean my check, by that time, I am 1 day after the eligibility deposit period and won’t get my bonus.
Call customer service a few times and they all say it’s not capital one fault. It’s my other bank’s fault.
So bad, wats of time and such a bad banking system.
