I feel so disconnected from everything and everyone

(15M) I just really feel out of place. I know, shocking for someone with autism lol. But... as time goes on i can really just... not stand it anymore. My peers are... stupid. Like, seriously. They dont appear do really get whats happening and always just do dumb stuff.

When I do get into a conversation with some of them (already a nightmare, cuz social interaction) they just talk... shit. Like, stuff that just doesnt make sense. I usually just agree with whatever they say cuz... they are just too stupid to accept another opinion, or just realize that what they say is just nonsense.
Its just so so much easier to talk with adults.

Now, I do have friends. But they are not different. Its like I watch them from the outside living in their generation, in which i just dont belong. Like, not at all. I dont have TikTok, snapchat and whatever other apps these kids use. I also dont want them cuz... why?
No one also shares my interests.
For example, I love the Warhammer 40k universe. But no one has ever heard from it.
Or my favorite show, Doctor Who. People heard about it, but dont know anything.

I am entering a very depressive phase right now. The last few months were just really hard. I dont have any energy for anything after school. I just either scroll through pinterest and reddit, or lay in my bed listening to music.

And no one seems to understand me, except one of my teachers. She is very supportive and after I told her about my ASD diagnosis, she allowed for me to sit in a different room during her lessons. This way I can work in peace without any loud noises.
My parents... idk. I dont really talk to them about it and when they ask how I'm doing I just say that I'm fine and go to my room.

Okay, that now was a small rant about how my life is right now. Feel free to add your thoughts, tips or experiences in the comments!

I am really bad at doing Small-Talk

I (M15, diagnosed with ASD) am just really bad at doing Small-Talk with anyone.
People at School or even people from my family. I just need a few seconds to process that they are talking to me, then I have to think of a responds. And here is the main problem:
I know what I want to say. I think about whether that is appropriate to say or not. If it's appropriate, I'll say something. But it's either something different than what I thought, or just gibberish.
Its mostly Numbers that I mix up. For example, I think of the number 10 but end up saying 50. And then the whole thing I wanted to say doesn't make any sense. That probably happens because I am stressed and feel pressured to give a correct answer in a short time.

Does anyone have any advice on how to be calmer in unexpected social interactions?
