I recently got diagnosed with endometriosis with a endometrioma on my left ovary .
I'm 23F recently diagnosed with endometriosis .My ultrasound showed: Left ovarian endometrioma (“chocolate cyst”) around 7 × 6 cm bilateral Kissing ovaries Both ovaries adherent Right ovary showing PCO/PCOS pattern My doctor explained that the left ovary has the large chocolate cyst, while the ovaries also seem stuck close together because of adhesions from endometriosis. He recommended laparoscopic surgery to remove the cyst. What’s really scaring me is fertility. Can I still conceive naturally in the future? The weird part is I barely even had severe pelvic pain. My main symptoms were light periods and I'm worrying will it turn into cancer? If anyone has faced this pls share your experience because this will be my first surgery and I'm really scared.
