Pretty sure I slipped a disc about a week ago, bending over at the grocery store didn’t pick anything up and just felt the shock and my body and was not mobile for like 5 minutes due to pain, got myself to the ER gave me toradol and muscle relaxers sent me on my way (military medicine) have an appt on Tuesday to follow up, not sure what they’ll do for me had a MD L4-L5 in 2019. My question is I haven’t felt the numbness and tingling I did back then and I’m wondering why, I can’t sit for long though the pain gets really bad localized on my lower back. Back then I used to feel most of the pain on my left leg, I feel pain in my right now but it’s different more like a muscle soreness through my leg not really nerves.
