Hi , I sold my car and bought a van. Due to this, I couldn’t transfer my van onto my car policy.

Now, Hastings direct have said they have cancelled the policy as there’s no vehicle on it.

Is this the type of cancellation I need to declare to future insurers ?

I passed a cyclist, who was going around 10-15mph whilst going on a solid white line, is it likely that I’ll receive points for this ?

When driving today, I saw someone in a convertible without their seatbelt on. Whilst driving alongside me , we both went past one of those vector-sr cameras. I had a thought whilst driving, what would the penalty be if that camera caught them? Do vector-sr cameras enforce seatbelt violations even if you weren’t caught speeding by it?

Hi , I currently have 4 years NCD, i made a notification of incident when I caught a car in a car park.

The other party said that they might claim but still haven’t 4 months down the line

My insurance renewal is at the end of next month, what should I state my NCD to be ( it wasn’t protected).

Apart from the portable AI camera that moves across Devon & Cornwall, do any of the other Exeter cameras enforce seatbelt usage?

You see people driving around without them, do they just not enforce it in Exeter ?
