So i crafted the +3% crit and conc effect helmet and wondered what i could do with it. Had this double corrupted Scourge laying around and so I scrolled threw Poe Ninja to find something. At First I thought Generals Cry can benefit from Minion Damage, but as it is - thats a dead "gem link" in the helmet.

I never played Generals Cry so i am wondering how neccesary is war cry cool down reduction and minimum war cry power? Deep Breaths would be a big invest in the Tree - I was planning to annoint it when i get a cord belt...

The Cluster is kinda bad damage wise, but it provides dual leech so that is a win. Everything else i had laying around or crafted it.

I am currently level 0 and just planning this thing out.

The most obvious upgrades would be a better Chest, and better Gloves I think (with life rolls).

What are your ideas to improve this?
