Changing Primary Category GMB
I have to change the Primary Category of my client in Google My Business, when I am entering that it says “No such Primary Category”.
Anything I need to be aware of before changing?

Also a question I was researching on Claude about the campaign and Claude asked if there is any TOFU (warm audience being built)
I am new to performance marketing hence I would want to know isn’t Retargeting for the warm audience already?
Q1: How does the meta algorithm work, how does one ad campaign get into “Learning”?
Q2: If a campaign has the status “Active”, why is it better to make another Ad Set and publish new ads instead of publishing new ads in the active or existing ad set?

I am working as an Intern, this is something which I have seen the client complaining 3 locations are getting absolutely junk leads.
I want to understand how is it possible that best creatives that are working in rest of the locations are not being able to generate any leads in those specific 3 locations?
Or
I have a better way to rephrase my question how are other locations performing with similar settings whereas these are not? As someone who is seeing this I want to understand why are the bottlenecks and how can I help or observe more things which can help my seniors take better decisions?
My client wants to change their primary phone number.
The number which is to be primary is updated on their website.
I have changed their primary number in GMB settings.
However the client has conveyed now their number is not been shown.
Any solutions?
Can someone explain me, why do we duplicate ad campaigns?
I saw my senior today who exactly duplicated an ad campaign, the only difference I noticed was the new ad campaign had 2 new creatives including 2 old creatives from the previous campaign.
When asked he told me something which I could not completely understand, but the message was to control the budget more tightly and also allow meta to spend evenly on all campaigns.
Could someone help me understand better, why there comes a need to duplicate ad campaigns in my opinion don’t you think you are burning more money?
