Unfortunately, for this particular role I’m not allowed to share the numbers at this stage, that’s a restriction from the client, not a personal choice. My intention in mentioning market levels was only to signal that it’s positioned competitively, but I see how that can still feel vague. Totally respect if you prefer not to move forward without concrete figures. (Edited)
- No worries at all. I understand the situation. My point is that “above market average” by itself doesn’t really catch my attention. At this stage of my career, from my experience, almost any company is able to pay my current salary, so that reference alone isn’t sufficient for me to evaluate fit. - La empresa se llama Brocart
- No hay una banda definida, estiman a partir de 4.5M de pesos brutos
- Norma, 4.5M es menos de lo que gano y no soy líder técnico... Me interesa que definan la banda y ahí es cuando tendría sentido hacer una evaluación e invertir el tiempo que requieren las entrevistas técnicas
