Why the 2 different firing orders for the 5.0 Windsor?
Was there any distinct advantage or reason for the 2 different firing orders (1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 Or 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8) or was it just to create a different sound in the HOs?

It doesn't have to be a disk, it just has to be able to be sold on..
Part of the problem is, you must have an account to buy digital games. Right now my kids can earn pocket money, go to CEX or EB games, buy a 2nd hand game and play it on their PS4. Once everything is digital, the price is set to max and a child will have to have an online account (PSN) and an online payment method.
Doesn't even need to be a disk, I'd be happy with a thumb drive or SD card, as long as it's not restricted to my account and can be resold.
