All terrain tires rec’s

Running a Wabi classic on Michelin pro 5’s right now and I love the grip but I’m really missing out on enjoying some single track/light gravel action. Looking for something that I can zip around on for (mostly) any situation. Recommends for 28-30mm tires for around $50 a tire and the cherry on top would be a tan/brown sidewall.

Repainting wheels?

Got a set of bladed 700c’s that I’m not using since I got a new set Love to finally have a set of spares but they’re sun faded. Has anyone gotten wheels powder coated or anything like that?
