Странци во Македонија

За тие кои живеете во странство, дали имате донесено гости во Македонија од земјата каде што живеете? Ако да, кои се нивните впечатоци? Во август ќе носам пријатели Американци и сакам да прикажам се во најдобро светло....

Building an independent Football scouting network – Looking for everyone who wants to try scouting!

I am considering creating an independent football scouting network starting in approximately 40 days.

The idea would be to bring together football enthusiasts, aspiring scouts, analysts, and fans from different countries to identify and track young talent, especially in under scouted leagues and regions.

Initially this would be a volunteer project focused on:
• Sharing player reports
• Watching matches and identifying prospects
• Building a structured player database
• Learning scouting methodology
• Collaborating with other football-minded people!

If this sounds interesting to you, comment below with:

  1. Your country
  2. Leagues you follow most closely
  3. Football/scouting experience (if any)
  4. Why you would like to participate

Let start something big together! You can also DM me for more details!

From bank advisor to World Cup hero: The incredible story of Roberto “Pico” Lopes 🇨🇻 Read below⬇️

Cape Verde pulled off the biggest sensation of the World Cup so far by drawing 0:0 against the European champions, Spain. Goalkeeper Vozinha and the entire defense ahead of him played a fantastic match. Among them, one center-back carries a truly unique story about how he reached the national team. A story about him was featured on Ofenziva a few years ago, but since it is highly relevant once again, we are happy to revisit it.Roberto “Pico” Lopes was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He started his career at Bohemians, playing there from 2011 to 2017, before transferring to Shamrock Rovers—the club he still plays for today. Up until that move to Shamrock, Pico worked as a mortgage advisor and earned extra income playing for Bohemians. Only when Shamrock’s offer arrived did he get the opportunity to leave his day job and commit fully to a professional football career. In 2018, the then-manager of Cape Verde, Rui Águas, discovered that Pico had Cape Verdean heritage through his father and wanted to find out if he had any desire to play for the national team. He sent him an inquiry via the professional networking site LinkedIn. The problem was that the message was written in Portuguese. Pico did not know Portuguese and ignored it, thinking it was spam. However, the Cape Verdean Football Federation did not give up. A few months later, a new message was sent, this time in English. That marked the beginning of a spectacular journey that would lead Pico all the way to the World Cup."About nine months later, he messaged me again saying: 'Hi Roberto, did you get a chance to think about what I said?' I felt so embarrassed that I hadn't replied months earlier. I copied the original message, pasted it into Google Translate, and it basically said: 'We are looking for new players for the Cape Verde national team, would you be interested in playing for us?' I was absolutely delighted," Pico recalled.Today, he became the first Irish-born footballer to play at the World Cup since 1990.

Кратко јавно мислење: Дали би добил поддршка од локални млади доколку отворам не профитабилно еколошко здружение и организации на акции за чистење и средување! Ме интересира пулсот на младите? Без никакви политички заднини само љубов према градот и државата!

Building a Global Football Scouting Network ! Looking for Talent Spotters! If you are interested read below ⬇️

I am building a community driven football scouting network focused on identifying overlooked talent before they break through.

I'm looking for people who regularly watch:

Youth football

Lower divisions

College soccer

Caribbean leagues

Balkan leagues

African leagues

South American leagues

The goal isn not to sell anything or act as agents. The goal is to share scouting reports, discuss prospects, track player development, and build a database of promising players.

If you've ever watched a player and thought "this guy will be playing at a much higher level in a few years," I would love to connect! If you player in personal is even better! Please reach out! Thank you 🙏
