In Naigtal & Val does completing stuff on heroic also complete the normal vrsn?
Title ('normal version' of course in title) ... for example, would completing Heroic Climate Strange also complete Climate Strange?
Thanks!

Title ... I seem to be maxxed out at having earned 579 (with 19 currently on hand), which seems to be a weird number.
I've run a T11 bountiful delve (after having farmed all my gilded stashes this week, so that's not a factor), killed all the Nemesis minions so should have picked up at least 10 (if I wasn't otherwise capped?)
In any event, any insight would help!
Thanks!!
So I'm relatively new to the AI training programs and am confused about what it's showing me for the week ... I'm doing a road plan for increasing FTP, on my base phase week 4. I just had an FTP recalculation (I don't think the numbers really matter). The plan set up 4 rides a week, which I spread over these days ...
M - dynamic endurance
Tu - threshold
Th - endurance
F - threshold
Yesterday I did a VO2 Max 9.5 (but I'll be honest - the initial AI FTP capture was a bit low so I was able to do the ride with a 'moderate' rating).
My confusion comes from the two remaining rides (actually, just Friday's ride) ... today is a 1:30 dynamic endurance ride (ok, makes sense) but tomorrow's ride has Threshold 3.6 (which seems consistent with my plan) but it also labels the day as 'Yellow Day - Recovery Recommended' with an icon beneath (two arrows in a circle) and 'Rest' next to it.) -- point being, with my FTP increase (I think the new score is a better reflection of my current FTP), a 1:15 Threshold 3.6 ride won't be a 'recovery' ride.
In any event, can you experienced TrainerRoad'ers provide some insight?
Thanks!!
Title ... I keep getting hammered by the spikes (as I mentioned, big blue/purple spikes that suddenly come from the ground) - I've been able to (mostly) manage, but taking 1/2-plus of your hp bar hurts.
More, I can't seem to figure out where they are coming from (spell cast or such) and it's a bit frustrating .... or are those simply a 'surprise!' kind of thing?
In any event, any help (clues as to what I'm missing) would be great!
Thanks!!
Can you get more than one rustling fern per ritual site run? Or is it where you need to do a bunch of runs, hoping to get a rustling fern one at a time?
Found my first fern ... and I'm wondering if it's a waste of time to keep searching in the same ritual site.
Thanks!
Title ... besides hero/6/6 champion gear, I have a slot with a piece of 6/6 veteran gear and can't seem to get a champ piece to drop - are there any vendor champion gear pieces I can buy out there?
Hoping for to buy (for whatever currency and such) for the specific slot ...
Thanks!
Title ... I figure the answer is "No" but wanted to check.
I was almost done with a t4 site and was looking for Waldo (well, the well-hidden Misappropriated Treasures) and got too close to the entrance and was booted.
I'm guessing it's a lesson not to repeat?
Thanks!
Title ... I have a main plus maybe 4 or 5 alts so far in Midnight and wanted to start leveling another (currently at 80).
I've skipped the storyline with Soridormi and completed Adventuring in Midnight (by selecting a zone to adventure in - no idea if that has anything to do with the issue).
All that and WQAchievements won't show midnight WQs - specifically those which have equipment rewards with higher ilvls than what the alt currently has ... which is strange, as I've started some other alts and the addon showed equipment rewards from WQs without issue.
I've looked a bit within the WQAchievement addon settings but I'm not finding anything (I don't believe I ever turned anything off - again, no idea if taht's a thing).
In any event, any ideas as to what I should look at? I'll be doing all the usual leveling stuff (Delves 1x apiece and such) - but doing WQs for equipment (and zone rewards) is something I (even if it might not minimize time to get to 90).
Thanks!
Title ... that said, I've never tanked or healed and am just finishing up the various DPS Midnight delve achievements (essentially, T11 across all the delves) and thought I'd give tanking and healing a try.
My main is a DH (so I suppose I could do Vengeance) but have all classes unlocked to 80 (not sure if I'll grind all to 90 - different story, but iirc Midnight does not have an achievement/FoS to get all classes to max?) and can grind those to 90 as needed.
All that said, how much of learning how to tank/heal is learning that class/spec rotations? Will Single-Button Assist work at first? (I did that across all the class/specs during Remix - 40-ish specs are a lot to learn, and it helped at first to understand what was going on).
Other thoughts/advice on just diving in?
Fwiw, I have Valeera at 36 (so that'll help?)
Thanks!!
Title ... or am I confusing myself?
I thought I read that some midnight items (the highest/epic level? As these things go, I'm late to getting going in Midnight) would work for past expansions (which would be great - it's otherwise going to be an increasing collection of profession stuff that of course would be nice to avoid!)
Thanks!!
Title ... I have all slots at 237 or greater (though I'd have to say having to upgrade an Veteran 1/6 to 2/6 to get that item level to 237 seemed counter to the achievement) but the achievement hasn't popped.
I read that maybe you also have to have a specific type of weapon for the achievement? (Even if 237+) ... my DH has Tormentor's Bladed Fists (Champ 2/6, 250) and Wildthorn Razorfang (Vet 2/6 237).
Or is there some other aspect I'm missing?
Thanks!
Edit: I replaced my Vet 2/6 weapon (a sword - Wildthron Razorfang - of note, Raidbots said it was 'wrong main stat equipped') with a Dawncrazed Beast Cleaver - Champ 3/6 253 weapon and got the achieve. I'm guessing it was the 'wrong main stat' that was holding up the achieve. Clearly I have some learning to do (what can/can't be equipped - even if can equip, what is right/wrong main stat and such).
Title … I’ve been watching the zones cycle for the past (maybe 4 or 5?) days but no Voidstorm. Is that just poor rng or is there no empowered Voidstorm Abundance?
I certainly can get the 250k points doing a lot of runs outside a raid group … but I’d just like to get it done.
Thanks!
Edit: I did some AI searching: apparently Empowered Abundance in Voidstorm is turned off when the world boss is in Voidstorm (which is currently the case).
Title ... that is, I'm farming an achievement (fwiw, Top of the Class within Abyss Anglers - essentially 7 or 8 fish schools) and am used to using TomTom and Paste - is there a setting where the dots on your minimap/arrow doesn't clear when you go (swim 😁) over it?
I've used a route addon before though I've long forgotten which/how it works.
In any event, recommendations (or settings I'm not seeing within TomTom/Paste) to circle around a small number of waypoints?
Thanks!
Title ... for example (using DH) - can I have 3x veteran and 1x champion and get the 4-piece bonus for the Devouring Reaver's Engine?
Mostly a Catalyst question - and I understand that once a toon gets 4 pieces there's the achievement (Catalyst Unbound: I suppose a similar question is if you can mix and match veteran/champion/etc. equipment to get that) that means you have a chance to get more Manaflux drops - if I upgrade stuff now or wait until I have 4x of one level.
I'm guessing some folk might say 'Just farm all your hero/mythic gear right away!' - which is valid - but I still have the question in the meantime.
Thanks!
Title ... that is, I can't seem to find Prey progress anywhere on the reputation pane and was wondering if there is a script ('/run') command to use to bring that up.
Likewise for the Great Vault status (to check how many raid/dungeon/world boxes you have unlocked and at what level, etc.) ... which is to say that in TWW you could get that by calling up Dungeons and Raids and there was a Delve tab, which would lead you to the Great Vault page.
Of course I might just be missing where those are at in the interface (if so, point me to them?)
Thanks!
So I managed to lose my Whoop 5.0 (I have some 4.0 activewear and it fell out of the pocket while I was walking) and I'm using another another Whoop Reddit post to try and find it (tldr: using a Bluetooth sensor like Wunderfind) and I'm wondering how a Whoop would appear on a Bluetooth 'sniffer' ... that is, would it be 'Whoop 5AB01234567' (not my actual device name ... that is, how the device appears on my iPhone Bluetooth devices screen) or something else?
Thanks!!
Title ... which is to say I'm referring to the 1st-time delve completion quests.
I have a bunch of alts I'd like to start working, and the (expected) xp boost for the delve quests will be fairly big (I think), so if I pick up the quests now will the xp reward be locked in now (or will it bump up once 12.0.7 drops?)
Of course I'm assuming the quest xp boost does actually happen ...
Thanks!
So I've decided to dip my toes into PvP and am doing the initial Midnight quests such as Late Night Training: Week 1 of 3 and have received my first PvP equipment reward.
My question is, my toon is currently ilvl 217 (yeah, I'm pretty far behind!) and chose the Novice Combatant's Insignia of Alacrity (trinket). That item has a 201 ilvl but the text has "Equip: Increases item level to a minimum of 263 in Arenas, Battlegrounds, and War Mode."
My other trinkets (outside of PvP) are 220 and 230.
So what does all this mean?
Do you now start collecting a different set of PvP equipment you put on for PvP (seems like a chore?) or does my current (one of my existing 220/230 trinkets) get treated as if it's 263 while in PvP?
That said, I probably need to learn a lot here and any insight as to how PvP gearing works would be great!
Thanks!!
Title ... that is, do I understand correctly that world bosses are associated with world quests as of the Legion expansion? (And therefore I can just track what's up via, say, Wowhead's 'Today in WoW' page for Legion and later?)
Likewise for Warlords of Draenor and earlier, how do world bosses spawn (is it that any WB can spawn at any time - understanding of course the usual respawn timers and such) ... point being, if I want to farm a particular WB in WoD and earlier, I'd just need to go to the spawn location and camp there?
Thanks!
Title ... that is, can you do that (farm on a low-population server) with an existing character, or is it assumed you'd be making a new character on that realm (I'm assuming there is no realm switch going on).
I farm pets and there's one in (Midnight's) Harandar, which has a low spawn rate and is easily killed by folks doing other stuff (and advice is to use a low pop server).
Thanks!
