Alternate formats
Is there any format that can be played on a 15x7 square(or smaller) board? I have a leftover piece of foam that can get that measurement out of. Foam is from my sevens pitch that I think is in my post history

Repainted my necro team for an upcoming Halloween game, pretty proud with how they turned out
Other than budget, there's no rules stopping me from grabbing a thrower and 3 big guys while keeping my various other races right? Like thrower, troll, ogre, minotaur as the positionals, and having orc, dark elf, goblin, and skaven as my linemen? Obviously it could change when the new rules drop, but right now that is technically a team I can run right?
I made a pitch, its not the best in the world but I'm proud of it and can't wait to play a game on it. The only thing the picture doesn't show is the scatter numbers centered on the sweet spot. But other than that is there something else that the collective thinks is missing? I plan on making matching dugouts too
Edit: I'm seeing now that in the picture it's honestly kind of hard to look at, hopefully it won't be that way playing the game
I'm in the process of making a 7's pitch, but I've seen them with trapdoors and without. In the last edition of 7's were there rules with the trapdoors? I'd imagine they'd stay if there were. I'm also a serial procrastinator, so there is a good chance I end up with the official answer before I actually finish the pitch
I'm the DM in this campaign, and we are about to finish up Wave Echo Cave in the Lost Mines of Phandelver adventure, leading into SKT(I didn't like the first chapter of SKT, and had new players which we wanted to ease into D&D so we didn't just start at level 5).
My question, what parts of this adventure should be skipped, and what needs to be changed? From those who played it, what parts weren't fun, and what parts could have been fun if altered slightly?
